You can easily add your email signature in Epic to make outgoing emails and certain distributed documents look more professional.
How to add your email signature in Epic
- From Epic Home Base, click Configure>User Options>Distribution Email Account
- Double click the email address in the list at the left hand side that you want to add the email signature to. If an email is not showing on this screen, submit a request to [email protected] to add it for you.
- Click the Email Signature tab, then click the + button/icon in the Email Signatures area.
- Add a description for the email signature and click the Default tickbox.
- Paste in your InsureLine email signature. Click Finish.
- Click Finish on the main Distribution Email Accounts screen.
