Epic will automatically install the Attach to Epic add-in in Outlook when Epic first installs. Occasionally, some users may find that this icon in Outlook disappears. This article will outline how to re-enable the Attach to Epic add-in icon in Outlook.
- In Outlook, navigate to File>Options.
- In the Outlook Options scree, click Add-ins in the left hand navigation panel.
- In the Outlook Options screen, select Disabled Items in the Manage menu at the bottom of the screen. Click Go.
- In the pop-up menu, select Addin: AppliedEpicOutlookAddIn (asi.tam.addins.outlook.dll). Click the Enable button
- In the Outlook Options screen, select COM Add-Ins in the Manage menu at the bottom of the screen. Click Go.
- In the COM Add-Ins screen, tick the box for Applied Epic Outlook Add-in. Click OK.
- On the Outlook Options screen, click OK.
- Confirm the Attach to Epic button is now showing near the top right corner of the Outlook ribbon
